The Color of the Music

The Color of the Music is an exhibition of recent work inspired by music and features colorful, large-scale, acrylic-on-canvas paintings. 

The exhibition includes work created during 2020-2022, inspired by the music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons’ Spring, Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, and traditional Armenian music performed with a duduk, an ancient instrument. She has been painting while listening to music not as ambient sounds, but as a breathing element, alive in her work.
